Fond du Lac Community Theatre presented Neil Simon's comedy Barefoot in the Park with three performances on October 3, 4, and 5, 1991 at 8:00 P. M. at the Goodrich High School Little Theater.
Director's Notes. "We are dedicating this play to the memory of a veteran of Community Theater who recently passed away: Ms. Sarah Manis Locke. Sarah had been in a number of Community Theater productions during her association with Community Theater. She originated the role of "Mrs. Banks" (Mom) in this play on Community Theater's stage approximately 20 years ago. The last time she appeared in a Community Theater production was in 1986 in "The Night of January 16th." Although she was not active recently, she is missed by those of us who remember her wit and warmth. Sarah, this one's for you." - Dan Berns, Director. "Barefoot in the Park" was produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Incorporated, 45 West 25th Street, New York, New York 10001. Film: Paramount Pictures made "Barefoot in the Park" into a major motion picture in 1967. It starred Robert Redford as "Paul Bratter," Jane Fonda as "Corie Bratter," Charles Boyer, and Herb Edelman.
