The FDLCT’s mission is to provide the community with theatrical performances and educational opportunities. 

All FDLCT programs shall support that mission and all who work for or on behalf of FDLCT will understand and be loyal to that mission and purpose. The mission shall be responsive to the constituencies and communities served by FDLCT and of value to the FDLCT at large.
