Board of Directors
Fond du Lac Community Theatre is run by a volunteer board of directors. Serving as the ultimate supporting cast, here is the board of directors:

Tracy Qualmann, Board President
Tracy never says no to seeing a theatrical show and is known among her friends as the person who brings intermission treats. Although her talent isn’t on stage, she enjoys working behind-the-scenes. When not volunteering for one of the boards she serves on, Tracy works to support her recreational and entertainment habits, serving as the director of marketing and communication at Envision Greater Fond du Lac. Spare time typically includes her family, friends, a Pepsi and a big bag of potato chips…and her new grandson!

Nancy Irizarry-Beachy, Board Vice President
Nancy loves musical theater and has been singing and performing since the age of 8. Her favorite role to date was Fr. Kost in Cabaret. She is married to her wonderful husband Larry and is an avid horse lover. Nancy chairs the ENCORE children’s theater committee and the FDCLT Scholarship committee. She loves bringing theater to the next generation. Nancy is also mom to three fur-babies; three adorable black cats (and one is really naughty!).

Ellen Meilke, Board Treasurer
Ellen is a Certified Public Accountant and Vice President of Accounting and IT at Fox Valley Savings Bank. Ellen has lived her entire life in the Fond du Lac area. She married Ray in 1980, together they raised 2 successful sons. Some day, ask Ellen about her extensive collection of antique hammers!

Megan Retzlaff, Board Secretary
Megan works full time at National Exchange Bank & Trust. When not at work or volunteering with various organizations, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crocheting, baking, attending to her herb garden, and taking her pup for endless walks all over town. Megan lives in Fond du Lac with her husband, Justin, and furry child, Riley.
Rounding out the board of directors….

Jack Eyers
Jack is a familiar face around FDLCT. Having served on the board previously, we’re happy to have Jack back with his financial wisdom and guidance. You’ve seen Jack is many of our performances. In his spare time, he enjoys juggling (the numbers), sailing, and making goat-milk soap.

Joey Kunde
Joey is a seasoned theatre performer. She currently works for the Fond du Lac Transit System. When not working, she loves spending time with her over-grown ‘puppy’, extreme couponing, and researching ‘is the world flat or round?’

Maggie Matysik
Margaret has served on the FDLCT Board in some capacity for the last ten years. Currently she oversees the prop organization and inventory, is part of the Play Selection Committee, serves on the Encore Youth Theatre Committee, and chairs the Appreciation Night Committee. Maggie also helps with the publicity and designs the posters and programs for FDLCT. Maggie works at Community Church in Fond du Lac and teaches piano lessons at Mike’s Music. Family includes husband, John, and three adult kids – Chris, Nick and Katie. In her spare time, you’ll find Maggie playing the piano, embroidering pillows, and researching sunken ships.

Troy Tautges.
Troy is a true theatre lover. Having traveled nationally and seen it all, he continues to share his love of theatre by serving on our board, specifically serving as chair of play selection and lobby decorator extraordinaire. When not leading his team at Target, Troy enjoys traveling to California’s happiest place on earth (Disney Land), doing the Tango or the Salsa, and perfecting his skills as a master scotch taster.

Eva Thelen
Eva has the voice of an angel. She has performed in several Fond du Lac Community Theatre productions. Her most recent role is that of mom to baby Arthur. Her and her husband, Michael, enjoy all things baby, horseback riding, and restoring vintage cars.

Julie Walber
Julie has a love for theatre dating back to her high school years and show choir, then via the Victorian Village in Elkhart Lake during her college years. She has also been a praise and worship leader through the years. Julie is a Real Estate Broker and owns CRES Real Estate in Kiel for the past 19 years. She and her husband, Steve, moved to Fond du Lac 2 years ago for his job with Fox Valley Savings Bank. She is a fruit beer connoisseur and is mildly obsessed with hostas.

Liz Wustrack
Liz’s love of performing dates back to her high school years. Though she is currently gaining more backstage experience as she has been doing hair and makeup for local productions, she has also been front and center. Liz is currently a cosmetology student at Moraine Park Technical College where she serves as both President of Student Senate and President of Cosmetology Club. Liz also serves as the Social Media Chair on the South Shore Chorale Board of Directors. Liz loves all things Disney, true crime, and trivia. In her spare time, she enjoys furniture restoration; her favorite to date was a beautifully reclaimed wardrobe!

Trevor Clementi
Trevor grew up in a theater-loving family and caught the acting bug pretty early in life. In front of the camera you may have seen him in Night On Broadway in his younger days or perhaps Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street more recently; he also made his directing debut in 2018 with The Hound of the Baskervilles. Regardless, his love is deep for live theater…almost as deep as his love for all things soap carving and stone skipping (he can’t walk past a flat stone and not skip it!). To support his hobbies, Trevor is a digital marketing director with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. In his spare time, he enjoys comedy improv and his adorable financé and kittens!
