You know firsthand the joy theater can bring.

At Fond du Lac Community Theatre, we strive to make our organization a place where people feel welcome, supported, and safe.

Last season we provided audiences with the toe-tapping spectacular of Footloose the Musical, where we were all able to take a walk back to Bomont; not-exactly “they lived happily ever after” Disenchanted where those princesses gave us the real story; World Premiere Wisconsin production of A Crooked French Affair, a show written and directed by a local playwright; whimsical The SpongeBob Musical where audiences  collectively had the Best Day Ever in Bikini Bottom; and the delightful Encore Children’s production of Newsies Jr. where more than 80 children took the stage to ‘seize the day’.

As with every organization, we are tremendously blessed with exceptional supporters and patrons. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported us, whether through ticket sales, volunteering, or a donation. Words truly cannot express our appreciation.

We have so much to be thankful for and we will never lose sight of that. However, we are realistic. Although Fond du Lac Community Theatre is completely led by a volunteer board of directors and we have no paid staff, we still have expenses.

You may recall last year we took measures to replace our roof, as it was leaking into the facility causing unsafe conditions for our guests. By being proactive and securing a loan for this repair, we were able to be fiscally mindful of our spending, rather than dealing with an emergency. Through our appeal last year, we secured funding for debt reduction; the support was greatly appreciated.

Today, we still hold a loan for this repair. In our budgeting process, we remain steadfast in our commitment to repay this loan. That being said, we have had to be cognizant of our spending in other areas (show rights, building maintenance, etc.) to ensure we can pay this off within the loan perimeters.

We’re asking for your help. Please consider a tax-deductible donation to Fond du Lac Community Theatre. Please know you are not only impacting our organization, but the entire community. A community who supports young and old, regardless of any other affiliations. We’re a safe haven. We’re a place where creativity abounds. We’re Fond du Lac Community Theatre.
