Aristocats Kids

After the success of “101 Dalmatians Kids” last summer, Encore Youth Theatre is returning with another musical for children entering 3rd–5th grade!

How It Works

The three–week program is run in the style of a camp or multi-day workshop. Rehearsals will run on weekdays from 5–7 p.m. Then, the cast will present FREE demo performances on June 19 and 20 for an audience of their family and friends!

• June 1, 2, 3 and 5 (no rehearsal on June 4) 5–7 p.m.
• June 8–12, 5–7 p.m.
• June 15–18, 5–7 p.m.
• Demo performances Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20: cast arrives at 4 p.m., show begins at 5 p.m.

Tuition

Participation in Aristocats Kids requires payment of $50 per cast member. This fee includes payment for the show T-shirt and Fond du Lac Community Theatre membership. We will be offering a limited number of scholarships for families who need them. Please email us at fdlctsocial@gmail.com if your student will require one of these scholarships.

Auditions

Students will take part in an audition day running from 9 a.m.–noon on Saturday, May 16 at Goodrich Little Theatre. Students may arrive anytime during the audition day and plan to stay for 30-60 minutes. ALL eligible students who audition will be cast in the show.

Students can arrive at any time within the audition timeframe. No need to prepare anything: we will have music and lines for you to read for our audition panel! Students will need to be registered before they can audition.

If you can’t make the audition time work, you will need to submit a video audition. In the video, the student should introduce themselves and sing a short excerpt of any song. To be eligible for lines or singing solos, students must submit their video audition before auditions begin on May 16. Submit your audition by sending it to fdlctsocial@gmail.com.
